This policy explains how RESEEM handles personal data collected through reseem.tech.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or book a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional company name and whatever you write in the message field. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm consultations, and deliver the services you ask us for. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Danish bookkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under agreements requiring them to keep it confidential and secure.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to our processing of it. Email hello@reseem.tech and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical storage required to make the site function. We do not run advertising trackers.
